Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Let cheese and butter soften to room temperature.
Add vanilla. Sift sugar in mixture while beating with mixer.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans and coconut.
