Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. shortening (can use Crisco)
1 tsp. soda
5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. warm buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water and add to the buttermilk.
Mix in other dry ingredients. Make biscuits by rolling dough and cutting them out.
Let rise about 10 minutes or longer before baking. Refrigerate any leftover for the next day.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
