Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
1/3 c. skim milk
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Cut in margarine.
Mix sour cream and skim milk together; add to flour mixture.
Knead and cut.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Contains 130 calories.
