Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Dissolve yeast in water. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Knead, roll and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Coat well with butter.
    Let stand in a warm place for 45 minutes.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until golden brown.
