Koch Kase - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Have everything at room temperature and mix all together, except caraway seed.
    Cover and let set in a warm place for one hour.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. (Takes a while, but it's worth it.)
    Pour into a buttered dish and top with caraway seed, if desired.
    Refrigerate with cover on, spread and enjoy.
