Spanish Rice(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 c. celery
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 qt. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. onions
    1 c. mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburg; add onion and celery.
    Cook until tender, not brown.
    Put in casserole.
    Add rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms and juice on both.
    Add tomatoes and seasoning.
    Bake at least 1 hour or longer at 325\u00b0.
