Milky Way Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 Milky Way bars
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Melt candy and margarine on low heat.
Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking soda together.
Add to egg mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour.
Pour in candy and mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
