Grandma Ella'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peeled and finely sliced Granny Smith or Winesap apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sweet cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    In bottom of unbaked pie shell, sprinkle
    2
    tablespoons flour and then sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar.
    On top of this arrange the finely sliced apples.
    Pour on top 3/4 cup sugar.
    Then sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Over this pour sweet cream.
    Then dot with butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
