Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes, grated
1/2 stick butter
2 c. cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onions
2 to 3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cartons sour cream

Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets; cool.
Peel potatoes and grate.
Mix with other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
