Stollen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/3 c. flour, combined with about 1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. milk
    7/8 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. glazed candied lemon rinds, chopped
    3/4 c. seedless raisins or other candied fruit
    1/2 tsp. ground cardamon seed
    1/8 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast.
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Turn out on lightly floured board and knead in remaining 5 ingredients.
    Set aside 1/3 of the dough.
    Divide remaining dough in three equal parts and roll each in a strip about 12 inches long.
    Braid.
    Put on greased baking sheet.
