Taco Frijoles Para Los Ninos(Bean Taco For The Little Ones) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. nacho-style chips
    cooked pinto beans
    shredded lettuce
    1 lb. shredded Longhorn cheese
    1 large diced onion
    salsa pequin (if desired)
Preparation
    Place chips on bottom of individual serving bowls.
    Place beans in individual bowls.
    Top with lettuce, cheese and onion.
    Sprinkle with salsa pequin, if desired.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 8 servings.
