Leah'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. oleo
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. flour
8 eggs
pinch of salt (1 tsp.)
1 tsp. mace
1 lemon (juice and grated rind)
Preparation

Beat until creamy, oleo and sugar.
Add flour and eggs alternately.
Add salt, mace, lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Mix.
Pour in greased and floured angel food cake pan.
Bake two hours at 325\u00b0.
