Buffet Cheese-Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sliced pared medium carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. sliced sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water for 10 minutes and drain. Cook onion in butter for 2 to 3 minutes.
