Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
favorite stuffing mix
2 c. zucchini chunks, cooked and drained
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small chopped onion
Preparation

In casserole bottom melt margarine.
Pour in some favorite stuffing mix.
Save some for top.
Add zucchini chunks and carrots. Mix sour cream, cream of celery soup and chopped onion.
Pour over zucchini and carrots.
Top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
