Fritter Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl until well blended.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Add oil and mix.
Cut up fruit or vegetables.
Add to or dip into batter.
Drop into hot deep fat (375\u00b0) and fry until brown.
Do not crowd.
Drain on paper towels.
