Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. mild sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. taco season
4 c. cooked pinto beans
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili peppers
2 c. crushed corn chips
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onions.
Stir to separate meat; add taco season.
Layer beans, peppers, chips and meat mix, ending with cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
