Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    5 to 7 jalapeno peppers, cut or chopped
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (low-fat)
    1 large onion, chopped
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in a large skillet or muffin pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
