Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first seven ingredients.
    Add eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Pour into 1 pound coffee cans, filling cans about halfway.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
