Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream sugars, butter, oil and egg together.
When well blended, add sifted flour, soda, salt and cream of tartar.
Blend well, then add oatmeal, nuts, coconut and Rice Krispies, stirring just enough with a wooden spoon to mix.
Drop by small spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
