Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
    1 large can undrained crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Mix dry pudding with pineapple.
    Save about 2 tablespoons for dissolving gelatin.
    Add nuts.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice.
    Mix into salad.
    Chill.
