Good Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
    1 onion, minced
    1 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Let stand 1/2 hour.
    Shape into medium-size meatballs.
    Fry gently in oil, until slightly browned, or place on foil-covered cookie sheet for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Gently place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
