Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten slightly
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

In small bowl, beat together egg white and water.
Stir in pecans, stirring until all surfaces are moistened.
Mix together sugar and remaining ingredients, sprinkle over pecans and mix well to coat all sides.
Spread on lightly greased or foil-lined cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir about halfway through baking time to assure crispness and even drying.
