Lo-Cal Fruited Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium chicken breasts, split and skinned
    1/4 tsp. finely chopped orange peel
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
Preparation
    Place chicken in 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix orange peel, juice, onion and bouillon granules.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Pour orange juice mixture over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
