Apple Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 packets sugar substitute
1 egg
3 Tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. skim milk
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. washed and drained raisins
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Beat eggs and whip oil and milk and applesauce.
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients until moistened, then add raisins and blend.
Fill muffin tins, greased or with papers, 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from muffin tin immediately.
You can freeze muffins for later use.
