Berry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fresh raspberries (2-1/2 c.)*
    1 pt. fresh blueberries or strawberries, sliced (2-1/2 c.)*
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. no-sugar-added raspberry pourable fruit**
    1 c. all purpose flour
    1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. thawed frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Combine berries and cornstarch in medium bowl; toss lightly to coat.
    Add pourable fruit; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart or 8-inch square baking dish.
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add milk, butter and concentrate; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Drop six heaping tablespoons of batter evenly over berries; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbly.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Makes 6 servings.
