Hot Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cut-up salt pork
1/2 small onion
1/2 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1/4 c. vinegar
3 c. cooked beans
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 hot crushed pepper
Preparation

Brown salt pork in a large fry pan.
Chop onion, green pepper and celery; put in the pan.
Add rest of ingredients.
Heat slowly until hot, stirring as needed to keep from sticking.
Makes 6 servings.
