Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    3/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into loaf and put in pan.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or unti loaf pulls away from sides of pan.
    Remove to platter.
    Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 servings with 210 calories and 10 g fat.
