Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. melted margarine

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla and put in a buttered casserole dish.
Top with brown sugar, nuts, flour and 1/4 cup margarine, all mixed together.
