Cheddar Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 c. cheese, shredded (Cheddar)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper.
    In a greased 2-quart oblong dish (2 x 4 x 5-inch), arrange potatoes in overlapping rows.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Spoon on soup mix over the cheese.
    Cover with tinfoil; bake 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 6.
