Sausage Vegetable Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium carrots
    3 large potatoes
    3 medium red onions
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1 fully-cooked light kielbasa (1 1/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
    Meanwhile, peel carrots; cut each carrot lengthwise in half.
    Cut each unpeeled potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
    Cut each onion lengthwise in half.
    In 12-inch skillet over high heat, in 3/4-inch boiling water, heat carrots, potatoes and onions to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp; drain.
    Add olive oil, salt, pepper and marjoram to vegetables in skillet and toss to coat well.
