Chicken Teriyaki Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    minced garlic to taste (I use 2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. wheat flour
    2 eggs
    oil (a little for frying)
    sesame seed (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic.
    Simmer in saucepan.
    Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.
    Dip chicken in beaten egg, then dip chicken into flour.
    Fry the coated chicken nuggets in oil until browned.
    Dip chicken nuggets into soy sauce mixture, then bake them in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle chicken with sesame seed, if desired.
    Serve with rice and whatever sauce remains.
