Ingredients

1 c. cream
3 egg whites
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. white sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. liquor of your choice
Preparation

Whip the cream and set aside.
Beat the egg whites.
Slowly add 1/4 cup brown sugar, white sugar and salt to the eggs.
Beat until stiff.
Fold cream, egg mixture, vanilla and liquor together.
Freeze, covered, in 4 to 6 goblets.
