Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, cream cheese and sugar. Add balance of ingredients.
    Mix well with mixer at medium speed.
    Pour into graham cracker shell and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool, then top with cherry or strawberry pie filling, if desired.
