Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb frozen hash browns, partially thawed OR 8 medium fresh potatoes, grated
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt sour cream
    1/2 c diced onion
    8 oz grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Stir once half way through baking.
    Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
