Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
egg white
chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all together except egg white and nuts.
Spread into two buttered pans, about 1/3-inch thick.
Brush with egg white and cover with nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly golden at edges. Cut before it cools completely.
