Hartzog Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or breast dark meat or beef
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 stick butter
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion, quartered
    1 can sweet peas
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take eggs and add flour until it's a thick dough.
    Meanwhile, boil the chicken and all remaining ingredients.
    Roll out dough as thin as possible.
    Cover with flour, then roll into a tight roll and put in the refrigerator.
    Take out chicken, debone and put back into pot.
    Take out roll of dough and slice into 1/4-inch sections.
    Drop each noodle in pot one by one after unrolling them so they don't stick together.
    When noodles turn white they are done.
    Simmer for half an hour.
