Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, sauteed in butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 carton sour cream
1 c. diced chicken (I usually add more chicken)
Preparation

Mix together.
Top with corn flake crumbs or crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
