Turkey Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg
    1 tsp. 2% milk
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. instant potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    olive oil
Preparation
    In a bowl mix turkey, egg, thyme, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in instant potatoes. Take a heaping spoonful of mixture and roll in the palms of your hands to make balls. Add enough olive oil to the bottom of a frying pan to coat it. Arrange meatballs in pan and brown on all sides, turning frequently. Add turkey balls to your favorite sauce.
