Low-Fat Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fatt buttermilk
    1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chives
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given.
    Whisk until well blended. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving to let flavors blend.
    Dressing is thin.
    Add more mayonnaise if you want a thicker dressing.
    Yield: About one quart.
