Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. dry oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Longhorn grated cheese
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, dry oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, cheese and cinnamon until crumbly.
    Press 1/2 into 9-inch greased pan.
    Cover with rhubarb.
    Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla; cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
