Spanish Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In medium skillet cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter over low heat until onion is tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce, sugar and seasoning.
    Simmer 10 minutes, until sauce is thickened. Fills approximately 2; 3 egg omelets.
