Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 envelopes whipped topping mix
2 3/4 c. cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size) coconut cream instant pudding mix
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation

Dice orange sections, reserving several for garnish.
Prepare topping mix with 1 cup of the milk as directed on package, using large mixing bowl.
Add remaining 1 3/4 cups milk and pudding mix. Blend, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Fold in oranges.
Spoon into pie shell.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Garnish with rest of oranges.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
