Turkey Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cut-up turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
4 to 6 chopped and cooked potatoes
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 c. cooked peas
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cook the onion in margarine until transparent but not brown. Add turkey, soup, potatoes, pickle relish and peas.
Heat slowly. Season to taste.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
Cover with cheese.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Cook for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
