Salmon With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. low-fat milk
    1 small can pink or red salmon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden, not brown. Stir in flour to make a roux.
    Slowly add milk.
    Stir until thickened.
