Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Turn out on floured board and knead lightly, until it makes a smooth ball.
    Store in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    May be kept several days.
