Laura'S Biscuits(Hand Rolled) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

White Lily self-rising flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
soft liquid Parkay margarine
Preparation

In a large bowl or wooden tray, spread out about 4 cups flour and make a hole in center patting it down so flour will not be loose.
Pour milk into the hole, then add Crisco.
Start with hands working flour into the milk and Crisco gradually.
Do not make the dough too stiff.
If you do, biscuits will be tough and hard.
When you get dough medium thick, then knead 6 to 12 times adding more flour if needed.
