(No Meat) Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ziti shaped pasta
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 c. bottled spaghetti sauce or your own
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ziti until al dente (still a little firm), drain and place in a large bowl.
    Mix together the Ricotta cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese with the ziti.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover the bottom of the pan with half of spaghetti sauce.
    Spoon the ziti mixture into the pan.
    Cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
