Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until center is firm.
