Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Thaw frozen hash browns for 30 minutes.
    Then mix all ingredients.
    Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
