Pumpkin-Pecan Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, butter and chopped pecans.
Press over bottom and about 1 1/2-inches up side of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan; refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and whipping cream.
Stir in pumpkin, maple syrup and spices.
Pour into chilled crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
